New Investigation in the works...

The FACT Team is investigating allegations made against an international church for monetary exploitation of members, slave labor, fraud, and other abuses.

Numerous complaints received by our organization list in detail the high-control environment intended to isolate church members from family and friends and control their behavior. Members are also forced to live in subpar conditions and constantly eat very low calorie meals, even when working hard labor for 8-12 hours a day. One church member has already fainted as a result of malnourishment and needed to be hospitalized, while another has recently attempted suicide.

At this time we cannot divulge the name of this church but will provide updates as our investigation develops. Stay tuned...

Progress is being made in Idaho:

"Legislation that would tweak Idaho's laws allowing families to cite religious reasons for medical decisions without fear of being charged with neglect or abuse is headed to the Idaho Senate. The proposal would amend only Idaho's civil laws to make it easier for judges to get involved in faith-healing cases. The bill does not change the state's religious exemption regarding criminal charges, which is considered the most contentious part of the religious waiver."

"Focus on the exemption has exploded recently Idaho as more attention has been placed on the deaths of children among members of the Followers of Christ — based in southwestern Idaho — from treatable conditions, including pneumonia and food poisoning."

A step in the right direction.

Pastor Rocky Hemphill Investigation

FACT is involved with the investigation of a Pastor named Rocky Hemphill located in Hattiesburg, MS, that is believed to be abusing minors sexually, mentally and physically. We believe that our efforts will shut down this so called pastor and his church, expose his exploitation and abuse of children and hopefully bring justice to the alleged victims.

If you have any relevant information to share regarding Rocky Hemphill or his group, please contact our office immediately at:

Notice to all relevant parties: we are taking down our temporary Uma Inder expose draft link due to 1) unauthorized sharing of our private link, 2) requested changes by the complaint filers and our fact-finding investigation based on those changes, 3) new allegations / evidence we have received and allowing the defendants to have their say about this new information, 4) Communicating with lawyers on both sides.

We expect to make our Uma Inder expose available soon to the public (we estimate between 7-14 days), and will do our utmost to be as accurate as possible relying on all the evidence in our possession regarding Uma Inder.

Thank you,

We would like nothing more than to be able to help everyone in need of our services, but unfortunately at this time our office is receiving more victim support requests than our staff and available resources can handle.

As of now we will not be taking on any new support request cases unless we also receive the financial support needed to allow us to acquire the additional staff and resources necessary to handle each case properly. Our only exception is with cases involving minors that are being exploited and/or abused, or cult victims in life threatening situations.

Please see our website’s support page for more information via this link:

Thank you for your understanding, and we will certainly provide an immediate update if the situation changes.
