"They are able to get to members still inside or almost out of this
group, Shambhala/Vajradhatu, because it is a group that is glued to
each other socially and psychologically, since they were teens and young
adults ( or toddlers) and there are few ‘survivors’ of this muddle of
social groupthink. They will not go to the police. They have been
taught not to believe in western laws, ethics, or western authority.
