Dear Supporters,
My beloved daughter had no chance against this wicked person, who I believe is a Nazi sympathizer as per his latest Facebook profile post (please see attached photo). As a result of Katsura Kan’s manipulations my daughter is dead, and he is promoting Hitler.
Amazingly, but not surprisingly, he was considered good enough to be hired by Naropa University in Boulder, CO, which is an accredited higher learning institution, where we believe he taught his students without any proper teachings credentials, the destructive dance of Butoh and its philosophy in the classroom which promoted pain, suffering, and death. We will look into what I believe is the undeserved accreditation of this university.
This is the face of evil representing the thousands of corrupt and abusive cult leaders and gurus out there that FACT is diligently fighting against in order to save our children.
Sincerely,
Tibor Stern

WATCHTOWER VICTIMS MEMORIAL DAY TOMORROW
WATCHTOWER VICTIMS MEMORIAL DAY TOMORROW:
July 26 marks the annual Watchtower Victims Memorial Day. This is a worldwide day of mourning and respect for all victims of the hurtful and hateful policies of the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society, commonly known as Jehovah’s Witnesses.
The idea for the Day was conceived because the shunning experienced by many former Jehovah’s Witnesses is so severe that they often feel as if their family members have died, yet these ones have no grave site to visit, no day for mourning their loss and separation. The Day was then expanded to honor and respect all victims of this religion, including those still trapped within its walls or who have officially left, and those who have lost their lives due to its policies.

COMPLAINT FILED AGAINST The Crossroads Program
LOCATION: St. Louis and Columbia Missouri
WEBSITE: www.thecrossroadsprogram.com
We are looking into a complaint alleging that this drug rehabilitation program is being run as a destructive group that is separating teenagers from their parents and destroying families.
"This drug treatment program, referred to as the group, separates teens from families and acts as a surrogate for families...They have to cut all ties with old friends, even non-drug users. They are encouraged to drop out of school. They are isolated from society and told that outsiders are not winners. One of the 12 steps requires sticking with winners (the group)...The counselors control all decisions such as who members can live with, where they can work, who they can date, etc. The "counseling" sessions never include both the parents and the child. The members of the group all look and act the same."
If you have any relevant information to share and/or believe you have been harmed by this organization, please contact us.

Many people do not understand just how destructive a cultic group can be...
Many people do not understand just how destructive a cultic group can be. Here is an excerpt from a complaint we recently received that we are investigating:
“Many members are estranged from & rejected by family that are still in attendance there…many current & former members are being investigated for various aspects of child abuse, including beatings & sexual abuse…the lead pastor sexually molested members of his own family. His wife wasn't buried 2 weeks & he was married again to a 19 year old virgin…there are members of the church that are convicted pedophiles, you can't marry someone outside the church, meaning a non-member…”
There are thousands of groups like this in the U.S. alone and we are the only non-profit in the U.S. working to stop these groups from destroying innocent lives and families.
Please help us by liking our posts and sharing them with everyone you know to get the word out. Only through education and awareness can people avoid being victimized by destructive cultic groups.
We thank you for your support.

THERE IS NOTHING BETTER FOR US THAN TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE LIKE THIS FROM A PARENT:
“Mr. Stern,
I cannot thank you enough for your kind words of support and advice, and for your great work. You both were so kind in your expressions of concern. I wanted to share with you what appears to be good and optimistic news...You will forever be in my thoughts and prayers.”
This is what we at FACT work so hard for, to try and reunite separated families who are suffering over the loss of their loved ones to destructive groups. No group / leader ever has the right to turn children against their parents and isolate them from their family and friends.
If you have a loved one trapped in a destructive high-control demand group, we are here to help.

FAMOUS SINGER R. KELLY IS ALLEGEDLY HOLDING 6 WOMEN AGAINST THEIR WILL IN A 'CULT,' ACCORDING TO THEIR PARENTS
"Six women live in properties rented by Kelly in Chicago and the Atlanta suburbs," the report says, citing details from Cheryl Mack, Kitti Jones, and Asante McGee, the three former inner-circle members. "He controls every aspect of their lives: dictating what they eat, how they dress, when they bathe, when they sleep, and how they engage in sexual encounters that he records."
Several of the women's parents have gone to the police to try to get their daughters back. BuzzFeed reports that one Georgia family told police that their daughter was being held in a "cult" by Kelly, who they say is "abusive and is controlling" her.
The mother of that woman told BuzzFeed that her daughter "looked like a prisoner" when she last saw her and acted as if she were "brainwashed" while continually professing her love for Kelly.

WHY DO PEOPLE JOIN CULTS?
An excellent article published by Psychology Today:
Why do people join and even appear to thrive in cult-like groups? Why do people join the Masons, the Rotarians or a political Party? Because of what they offer: friendship, connections, identity, an opportunity to make a contribution. Are the motives the same as joining the Order of the Solar Temple, the Branch Davidians, the Taliban, Hamas, or the Al Qua-eda? How are acceptable social groups and organizations different from (dangerous) cults?
There is a great deal of interest in “cults” which can take many forms: They may be religious or racial, political or mystical, self-help or pseudo-psychological, but they all have half a dozen recognizable characteristics:
Powerful and exclusive dedication/devotion to an explicit person or creed.
They use of “thought-reform” programmes to integrate, socialize, persuade and therefore control members.
A well thought through recruitment, selection and socialization process.
Attempts to maintain psychological and physical dependency among cult members.
Cults insist on reprogramming the way people see the world.
Consistent exploitation of group members specifically to advance the leaders goals.
Cults nearly always go in for milieu control signals: a different, unfamiliar setting with different rules, terms, behaviour patterns.
Ultimately using psychological and physical harm to cult members, their friends and relatives and possibly the community as a whole.

A MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT OF F.A.C.T.
Dear Supporters,
I recently received a heartbreaking letter from some parents who are suffering over the loss of their child to an extremely destructive cult, much like the one that took my own daughter from me and drove her to suicide. Like all high-control / demand cults, this group is brainwashing followers into believing they should turn against their own loving families. Unfortunately, we have experienced and know all too well the enormous pain, struggle, worry and suffering that parents go through when their child is manipulated and brainwashed to turn against them, typically for the rest of their lives.
Though it is too late for my beloved daughter, we at FACT are doing our best to help save their child from this destructive group and end this poor family’s suffering. I am so disturbed, torn and in pain from listening to countless parents who contact me crying over the loss of their children to destructive groups, and it needs to stop. No family should ever have to experience and endure such a terrible ordeal in their lives, which is why it is our mission at FACT to end the destruction of our children and families.
Sincerely,
Tibor Stern
President of F.A.C.T.

HOPCC Complaints Keep Coming In...
Complaints keep coming in to FACT about the House of Prayer Christian Church’ (HOPCC), a.k.a The Place of Help, located at 2540 Airport Rd, Hinesville, GA, 31313. Though there are many claims being made about this church’s alleged nefarious activities, the ones that disturb us the most involve the separation and destruction of families. Many people claim to have been separated from their loved ones by the leader of this church, Pastor Rony Denis, who is allegedly brainwashing members into shunning anyone in their lives who is not a member and true supporter of his church.
We believe Pastor Denis has never experienced the horrible feeling of having someone you love dearly completely turn against you, even to the point of hatred. Imagine having your son or daughter decide never to want to speak with you again, or your husband or wife say they want a divorce, and all because you didn’t believe in or agree with the teachings and/or leadership within a church or group.
No one has the right to harm families in any way, shape or form, and we at FACT are devoted to stopping any destructive leaders and gurus who believe they can destroy families for their own benefit.
If you believe in our mission, please like and share our posts and FACT Facebook page with everyone you know.
Thank you for your support.
